In 2019, Hainan would develop the openness in the field of seed industry, medical treatment, education, tourism and finance and so on, canceling the restrictions on foreign shares of relevant industries, attracting the investors around the world.

Hainan would also develop the construction of cross-border and e-commerce for comprehensive pilot zone in Haikou, participating in the construction of international new channel of land and sea trade, increasing the domestic and foreign sea routes, strengthening the cooperation with other areas.

Hainan would be working on the import of world famous amusement parks

In 2019, Hainan would be working on the import of world famous amusement parks such as Hello Kitty, Exploring Limits and Lego and so on, aim at the total number of visitors  increasing by 13. 5%, total tourism revenue increasing by 15%, the number of inbound tourists would exceed 1.5 million.

In 2018, there were 76.274 million visitors visited to Hainan, increased by 11.8%; total tourism revenue reached 95.02 billion, increased by 14.5%; inbound tourists reached 12.64 million, increased by 12.9%.
